Team Profile

Northcoast Civil, Long Island Land Surveying Planning and Engineering.

Serving residential and commercial customers in Nassau and Suffolk Counties for over fifty years, Northcoast Civil prides itself on the highest levels of integrity and quality. Our wide scope of civil engineering and land surveying expertise provides our customers with a single point of service for land development projects.

Our firm has evolved considerably over the years. Founded by Francis Bladykas in 1954 as Bladykas Surveying, great pride was taken whether surveying one of the many historical properties along the Gold Coast of Long Island or providing a title survey for the purchase of a home or plans for the installation of a sanitary system.

In 1987 Mr. Bladykas brought on Chuck Panetta as a partner and renamed the firm Bladykas & Panetta Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. Mr. Panetta’s new energy and drive advanced the firm using the most up to date surveying technologies and engineering software as the scope of work and client base continued to expand.

In 2018, after developing their skills under the guidance of Mr. Panetta, long time managers Thomas Bremen and Michael Rant, partnered for the firm’s evolution to Northcoast Civil. Tom and Mike continue the firm’s long history of high level work and professional service, with innovative ideas to maintain existing client relationships while pursuing new projects.

Northcoast Civil is proud of their professional staff. All of our engineering, surveying, and office staff are highly trained, and hold degrees in engineering, construction management, geographic information systems and business. They also participate in professional continuing education and seminars.
